Disruption Caused by Icelandic Volcano - Latest as of 18th April 2010

We are of course monitoring closely the current situation regarding flight disruptions. Update on forthcoming tours are as follows:

A Bit More Argy Bargy
Customers currently in Buenos Aires should go to the airport and get instructions from British Airways. Present your e-ticket and British Airways are responsible for putting you up in hotels until flights resume (see Delay). You should also refer to your holiday insurance policy to ascertain what cover you have.

Springtime in the Alps
All PTG customers for this tour travelled by rail so no disruption is expected.

Magnificent Seven to the Black Sea
This tour is still expected to operate as planned. If on the 30th April Easyjet do not operate the flight to Sofia then, and only then, would we reschedule the tour, probably to October.

Italian Vintage
31 of the 37 people on this holiday are travelling by rail from the UK so no disruption is expected. Should the flight restrictions continue then the 6 people travelling by air will be contacted and offered the "rail from the UK" option.

Although this disruption is completely out of our control PTG Tours Limited will of course do everything possible to help and support our customers through any disruption caused during this difficult time. If the disruption continues then where possible you will be offered an alternative form of transport or the option to transfer to the same, or a different holiday, later in the year.
